Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging your fabrics to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your sewing room.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of cut-to-order fabric, we generally do not accept returns on fabric yardage. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will happily arrange for a replacement or store credit. Unopened quilt kits and notions in original packaging may be returned for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve the latest collections before they hit the shelves. Please note that pre-order shipping dates are estimates provided by the manufacturers and are subject to change. If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, your entire order will ship once the pre-order items arrive. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Your privacy is important to us. We collect information necessary to process your orders and improve your shopping experience, such as your name, email, and shipping address. We never sell your data to third parties. Our store uses secure encryption to protect your payment details, ensuring a safe environment for your quilting community.
